Hearts of Gold Holiday ProjectThe Holiday project was our first project and continues to be our main focus. The purpose of this project is to bring a smile and brighten the holiday for those who are facing financial difficulties. We assist families and senior citizens who would otherwise have a bleak holiday. Children ages newborn to 18 years old are given 2 new clothing outfits and 3-5 toys/gifts. We also give each family non-perishable food items, personal hygiene items and a food gift card to purchase perishable food items. When our budget permits we will also give household items such as sheets, blankets and towels. Distribution Date: Saturday Dec. 14, 2013 You must be pre-approved to receive assistance.
